We're looking for an AO5 Advisor (Program Performance) to join a high-performing team and become the go-to person for governance, reporting, project support, and program performance.

📍 Location: Townsville
💰 Rate: $69/hr
📅 Contract: 13 July 2026 – 30 June 2027

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Keeping governance meetings running smoothly (agendas, papers, minutes, actions, briefings)
✅ Managing project and program documentation, change requests, and reporting activities
✅ Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
✅ Supporting senior stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across multiple projects
✅ Producing accurate reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
✅ Maintaining audit-ready records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
✅ Helping drive consistency, accountability, and program success across the region

We're Looking For Someone Who:

🌟 Has experience supporting programs, projects, governance, or project controls in a complex environment
🌟 Is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite
🌟 Can analyse data and transform it into meaningful reports and insights
🌟 Has excellent written communication skills and can prepare executive correspondence, briefing notes, and reports
🌟 Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities
🌟 Loves organisation, attention to detail, and making sure every action item gets closed out

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

📈 Dashboards and reporting systems
📁 SharePoint, registers, governance frameworks, or project management systems
📊 Program performance reporting and executive-level presentations
