The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, delivering a high level of service while building strong, long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders and quotations
  • Open order management
  • Providing product and stock information
  • Liaising with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements
  • Supporting Account Managers while developing your own product knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey


About You

Previous experience in customer service, wholesale, trade, manufacturing or industrial environments will be highly regarded, however we also encourage applications from candidates with transferable customer service experience and a willingness to learn.

Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
