We're on the hunt for an experienced Roller Operator to join a fantastic civil construction team in Noosaville. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right person, offering great pay, a healthy work-life balance, and every second Friday off!

💰 What's in it for you?

• $47.03 per hour + Super
• Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 3:30pm
• Every second Friday off (RDO) – because long weekends are underrated.
• Temp to Permanent opportunity
• Immediate start for the right candidate
• Work with a supportive team on essential civil maintenance and construction projects

🚧 What you'll be doing

You'll be operating rollers on a variety of civil maintenance and construction projects while helping keep worksites running smoothly and safely. You'll also:

• Operate rollers with engines above 2.5L
• Carry out daily maintenance and pre-start checks on plant and machinery
• Assist with general civil maintenance and construction tasks
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a hardworking crew

✅ What you'll need

• HR Licence (or higher)
• White Construction Card
• Roller Ticket / Certificate of Competency relevant to the role
• Extensive experience operating civil construction plant and machinery
• Strong understanding of civil maintenance and construction works
• Ability to maintain equipment and complete daily checks
• Reliable, safety-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
