Reach Forklift Operators - Multi-Temperature 3PL Warehouse

Our client is seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy multi-temperature 3PL warehousing operation based in Coburg.

This is a long-term ongoing casual opportunity working with a well-established business supporting food, beverage and FMCG brands across frozen, chilled, ambient and confectionery storage. The business also provides on-site repack, thaw and relabelling services and operates to high quality and food safety standards.

Originally established within one of Australia's respected family-owned food businesses, this is an excellent opportunity to join a warehouse environment built around reliability, service and operational excellence.

About the role

This role will see you operating a Reach Forklift across a busy warehousing and production environment, with a strong focus on safe pallet movement and close coordination with the production team.

A key part of the role involves working in the chiller and assisting with moving full pallets, wrapping pallets, and supporting day-to-day warehouse flow in enclosed operational areas.

Because you will be working in close proximity to other staff, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of forklift safety in enclosed spaces and are confident operating carefully around team members, equipment and active production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Forklift in a multi-temperature warehouse
• Assisting the production team in the chiller
• Moving full pallets safely and efficiently
• Wrapping pallets and preparing stock for movement or dispatch
• Supporting warehouse operations across chilled, ambient and other temperature-controlled areas
• Following site safety procedures at all times, especially in enclosed areas and around staff
• Working collaboratively with warehouse and production teams

What we're looking for

• Current Forklift Licence
• Proven Reach Forklift experience
• Experience working in warehouse, food production or 3PL environments
• Confidence working in chilled / multi-temperature environments
• Strong awareness of safety when operating in enclosed areas and around other staff
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced operational setting
• Reliable attendance and commitment to an ongoing Monday to Friday roster
