Order Picker- Day Shift

FINDMEA is currently seeking experienced Order Pickers to join a busy distribution centre at Moorabbin Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term casual assignment with a well-established global brand.

About the Role

As an Order Picker, you’ll be working in a fast-paced distribution centre, preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and preparing orders for despatch
• Operating a ride-on Tugger
• Manual handling and moving stock
• Working towards daily KPI and productivity targets
• Ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team

About You

We’re looking for reliable and physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous warehouse/order picking experience
• Experience operating a ride-on Tugger
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently to KPI targets
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transport to Moorabbin Airport
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Please note: While this is a casual position, we are looking for candidates who can commit to the ongoing roster. A proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality is essential.
