Data Entry Operator - Part-Time

Bundamba → Springfield | 8am-1pm, Monday-Friday | $35-$40/hr + super | Immediate Start

Looking for consistent part-time hours, a busy role and a workplace where you can finish your day by early afternoon?

We’re recruiting a Data Entry Operator to join a global organisation operating across the food safety and animal health industries.

The role will initially be based in Bundamba, with Neogen relocating to their new corporate office in Springfield shortly. Applicants will need to be comfortable working from both locations during the transition.

The opportunity

This is a fast-paced, high-volume data entry role supporting the team with customer orders. You’ll be entering product codes and order information into systems, checking details for accuracy and making sure orders can move smoothly through the business.

Full training is provided. What matters is that you’re quick, accurate, reliable and genuinely comfortable spending the majority of your day doing data entry.

What you’ll be doing

• High-volume data entry and order processing
• Entering customer orders and product codes
• Checking information for errors or discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate system records
• Following established processes and procedures
• Liaising with the team when information needs clarification
• General administration support as required

What we’re looking for

Previous data entry, order processing or administration experience will be highly regarded, but above all, we’re looking for someone who is:

• Fast and accurate
• Highly detail-focused
• Confident using computer systems
• Quick to learn new processes
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable working independently
• Available to start immediately

You don’t need experience in food safety, animal health or supply chain. If you’re great at data entry and take pride in getting things right, they can teach you the rest.
