    About the Role

    As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our cabinetry manufacturing facility, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading daily production planning and workflow management.
  • Coordinating materials, suppliers, and production schedules.
  • Managing workshop productivity and achieving production targets.
  • Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring costs, minimising waste, and improving efficiencies.
  • Ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained and operating effectively.
  • Building a strong team culture through coaching, mentoring, and training.
