We’re looking for a Pool Plumber / Pool Technician to join a growing team working across quality residential pool installations, servicing and repairs throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

No previous pool industry experience is required — we're looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded, reliable and keen to learn.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Installing and connecting pool pumps, filtration systems, chlorinators, heaters and heat pumps
• Pool plumbing, PVC pipework, valves, skimmers and water features
• Pressure testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
• Equipment repairs, replacements and upgrades
• New pool start-ups, commissioning and customer handovers
• Water testing and adjustments
• Working alongside builders, excavation, tiling and other trades
• Reading plans and maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Travelling to residential sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas

• Up To $140,000 inc Super (Based on Exp)
• Full-time permanent position
• Approx. 45 hours per week
• 1 RDO every month
• Training and development provided
• No previous pool experience required

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. A background in plumbing, mechanical, construction, maintenance or a similar hands-on environment is advantageous, but not essential.
