We're on the hunt for a reliable Forklift Operator / Trade Sales Support superstar to join a friendly team in Springwood. If you're hands-on, enjoy variety, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, we'd love to hear from you!

What's on offer?

✅ $34.96 per hour + Super

✅ Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm

✅ Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

✅ Casual role with the opportunity to go temp to permanent

✅ Immediate start for the right candidate

🔧 What you'll be doing:

Operating forklifts safely to move aluminium products

Assisting tradies with their aluminium purchases

Picking and packing customer orders

Loading and unloading deliveries

Managing delivery dispatch and coordinating with drivers

Using the SAP system for orders and stock management

Processing sales orders, invoices and payments

Providing friendly customer service in person, over the phone and via email

Maintaining stock levels and keeping the warehouse and trade showroom organised

Troubleshooting delivery issues and resolving customer enquiries

✅ What we're looking for:

• Current Forklift Licence with solid operating experience
• Experience using SAP is highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical warehouse work
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
