Your Responsibilities

🔧 Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across agricultural machinery and small engine equipment

📅 Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance programs

⚙️ Support diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting activities

📋 Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records

📦 Monitor inventory, workshop resources and spare parts

👥 Supervise and mentor staff while promoting a strong safety culture

🚛 Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

✅ Trade-qualified Motor Mechanic (or equivalent)

✅ Solid experience with agricultural machinery and small engines

✅ Previous leadership, supervisory or team mentoring experience

✅ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

✅ Diesel engine experience highly regarded

✅ Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills

✅ Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
