FindMeA is recruiting approximately 3 Customer Experience Officers for a busy Queensland Government education environment based primarily in South Bank.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is confident working across multiple systems and can balance high-volume customer service with accurate administration.
You’ll be joining the team ahead of a busy enrolment period, so we’re looking for people who are switched on, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing
This is a varied customer service role where you may support customers across a number of channels, including:
- Responding to telephone enquiries
- Assisting customers through webchat
- Processing applications and enrolments
- Providing clear and accurate information
- Updating customer details across multiple systems
- Completing general administration and data entry
- Resolving enquiries and taking ownership of customer issues
- Working to service levels, quality standards and team KPIs
- Supporting customers across different service channels as required

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centres or high-volume customer environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with a wide range of customers
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- The ability to navigate multiple computer systems at once
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- A calm, professional approach when handling difficult or complex enquiries
- A reliable work history and strong punctuality
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience within banking, insurance, government, education, utilities, travel, healthcare, telecommunications or another high-volume service environment would translate well.

Training and availability
Successful candidates must be available for the full two-week training period:
- Monday 12 October – Friday 23 October 2026
- 8:30am – 4:00pm

- After training, normal hours will generally be 8:30am to 4:30pm or 5:00pm, depending on your assigned customer channel.
Location flexibility
- South Bank will be the primary location, however candidates need to be comfortable supporting other customer channels and travelling to other Greater Brisbane locations if operationally required. Having your own transport would be beneficial.
