Storeperson / Dispatch Hand – $35–$36/hr | Dandenong South

$35–$36 per hour casual | ASAP Start | 6:30am–2:30pm | Monday–Friday | On-call to ongoing

We are seeking experienced and reliable Storepersons / Dispatch Hands to join a busy warehouse team in Dandenong South.

Immediate starts are available, with candidates initially joining an on-call pool and a strong likelihood of moving into regular, ongoing hours for those who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic and the right attitude.

About the role

Working in the Outwards Goods / Dispatch area, you will perform a combination of manual warehouse and dispatch duties.

Duties include:

• Consolidating customer orders

• Manual pallet wrapping

• Checking orders and paperwork

• General warehouse and dispatch duties

• Regular manual handling

• Maintaining a safe and organised work area

• Forklift operation and loading trucks – approximately 30% of the role for candidates who hold a current forklift licence

Approximately 70% of the role involves manual warehouse duties, with forklift operation making up around 30% for licensed forklift operators.

If you hold a current LF Forklift Licence, practical forklift experience is highly regarded and you may be required to perform forklift duties as part of the role.

Hours & flexibility

The standard shift is 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that shift times may change depending on operational requirements, so flexibility is required. Candidates must be comfortable working different start and finish times when required.

Overtime may also be available.

Ongoing requirements

Successful candidates will complete the required onboarding process and client interview prior to commencement.

Candidates must be willing to obtain a National Police Check within one month of commencing the assignment.
