  About the Role
  
  This is not a build-from-scratch desk, and it's certainly not a maintenance-only role.
  
  We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established blue-collar recruitment desk servicing two major accounts and many existing clients across Victoria. The foundations are already in place, with longstanding client relationships, active vacancies and a strong candidate network.
  
  We are looking for someone with drive, commercial acumen and a hands-on approach who can maximise existing opportunities while identifying new avenues for growth. You will have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business while being supported by a team that understands high-volume recruitment, workforce management, compliance and large-scale labour hire delivery.

  What You'll Be Doing
  
• Managing and growing an established blue-collar recruitment desk
  
• Recruiting across Industrial and Trades.
  
• Building and strengthening relationships with key clients and operational stakeholders
  
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including job briefs, sourcing, screening, onboarding, compliance and placement
  
• Maintaining and growing a strong talent pool of field-based workers
  
• Proactively identifying opportunities within existing clients and winning new business
  
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
  
• Working collaboratively with a high-performing and supportive recruitment team
  
  What We're Looking For
  
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment
  
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, industrial, civil or labour hire personnel
  
• Strong understanding of temporary recruitment and workforce management
  
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, candidates and site stakeholders
  
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of desk ownership and revenue growth
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  
• High attention to detail and compliance
  
• Confidence, resilience and a genuine desire to build a long-term recruitment career
