You'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers and stakeholders, managing enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your day could include: ✅ Handling high-volume inbound calls
✅ Providing outstanding customer service
✅ Resolving customer complaints and enquiries
✅ Accurate data entry and record keeping
✅ Preparing documents and reports
✅ Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
✅ Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
✅ Working towards KPIs in a busy call centre setting

⚠️ Important Requirement

Due to operational demands and a busy workload, successful candidates must not have any leave booked during the first three months of the contract. Leave requests during this period may not be approved.
