We're looking for an A03 Business Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team, helping manage work orders, financial adjustments, billing accuracy, and operational processes that keep services flowing smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Investigating and resolving work order exceptions and discrepancies
✅ Monitoring, updating, and closing work orders accurately and on time
✅ Supporting billing and financial processes, including journals, credits, and purchase order adjustments
✅ Liaising with supervisors and operational teams to keep jobs moving
✅ Maintaining accurate records and system data integrity
✅ Assisting with requisitions, sales orders, estimates, and variations

What We're Looking For:

🔎 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
📊 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
⚡ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
🗣 Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
💻 Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
💰 Basic finance experience, including journals, credits, or invoice validation
🤝 Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
🏛 Government experience is highly regarded
