🏗️ About the Role

We're seeking an A05 Superintendent's Representative to support the delivery of major building and engineering projects across Queensland. You'll play a critical role in contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients, and project teams.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Conducting regular site inspections on construction and engineering projects

✅ Facilitating site meetings and ensuring they run in line with established procedures

✅ Issuing variation orders and managing contractual changes

✅ Assessing contractual claims and contractor requests for information (RFIs)

✅ Monitoring compliance with contract documentation and project requirements

✅ Preparing and managing defects lists

✅ Supporting dispute resolution processes

✅ Ensuring Building Act compliance inspections are completed and documented

✅ Providing expert advice on contract administration matters

✅ Communicating potential cost, quality, and schedule impacts to key stakeholders

✅ Supporting quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Strong knowledge of contract administration within construction and engineering environments

✔ Experience managing traditional and non-traditional contracts

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to interpret contractual obligations and apply them fairly and professionally

✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

✔ Experience working on government construction projects highly regarded

✔ Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
