What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Supporting insurance policy and claims management activities
✅ Preparing claims briefs and coordinating defence packages
✅ Managing records administration and maintaining accurate documentation
✅ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Providing exceptional customer service and professional communication
✅ Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when required
✅ Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in administration and records management
✔ Strong systems knowledge and excellent attention to detail
✔ Insurance and/or claims management experience
✔ Understanding of risk and compliance principles
✔ Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
