You'll be the key link between customers, contractors, and internal teams, helping coordinate maintenance requests and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Your day might include: ✅ Responding to maintenance requests via phone, email, and online portals
✅ Coordinating trades and maintenance works
✅ Keeping customers updated throughout the process
✅ Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
✅ Managing records, reports, and administration tasks with accuracy
