The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in our clients’ Ravenhall branch. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.

Duties include:

  • Assist with customer enquiries.
  • Invoicing, receiving & receipting goods.
  • Process orders promptly, including taking orders, packing goods and arranging delivery.
  • Unload and load containers/vehicles of goods both inwards and outwards.
  • Organise and complete local delivery runs.
  • Ensure paperwork is correctly completed, records kept & signatures obtained on delivery or collecting goods.
  • Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
  • Strive to find new ways of improving the work environment.

You will need to possess a good attention to detail, have basic computer skills and prepared to perform manual handling tasks. A current full driver’s licence (auto) is essential while experience in logistics will be highly regarded. A current Forklift licence is preferred but not essential to be considered for this role.

This is a temp to perm position (max 6 weeks temp) for someone looking for full time work.
