As the Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for customer service and exceed customer expectations through your ability to respond to queries and resolve concerns.

Duties include:

  • Internal and external customer service via phone
  • Empathetically responding to customer concerns and utilising problem-solving skills to resolve them
  • Responding informatively to customer enquiries
  • General administrative duties

Applicants will need to be proficient in MS Office and use of various other software packages are an advantage.

  • Experience in customer service roles
