With so much business lapping at the door our consultants need help and the assistance of someone with a keen interest to develop and understand the recruitment space would be the ideal person for us.
The preferred candidate does not need experience in recruitment, however, we would preference some administration experience, if you don’t have that then you just need to prove to us how awesome you are and why we would hire you! Primarily, in this role you will seek out, source, screen candidates for our recruiters that operate in the temporary and permanent recruitment areas within white collar and blue collar roles.
If you are considering a role like this then to feel happy and successful you will need to have strong attention to detail, great research skills and the ability to think outside the box and be a little creative.
In addition to administration experience (or a strong willingness to learn), you will also need to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy skills along with a ‘go above and beyond’ attitude, and strong customer service. If you possess excellent relationship building skills along with an affinity for being organised, oh wow we need to meet you.
Oh, and just one more thing…….we are professionals so you will need to present that way, have loads of confidence and be a strong communicator.
