    About the Role: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting a skilled maintenance team in keeping the plant running smoothly. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, you’ll ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of 12 tradespeople
    • Oversee the quality and performance of maintenance staff and contractors
    • Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
    • Manage expenses and control costs within your area
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and OH&S regulations
    • Coordinate shift handovers to maintain seamless operations
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment with strong team collaboration

    About You:

    • Trade-qualified with hands-on experience in any mechanical or electrical disciplines
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Highly organized with excellent planning abilities
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
    • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across departments
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour roster over 7 days
